• Each facility is equipped with an electronic video surveillance system as well as an alarm system connected to our 24-hour dispatch center.
• Only current customers of the facility have access into the building using their personal access code and key.
• Only you have a key to your unit. You lock it; you keep the key.
• State-of-the-art electronic access control system
• All units are contained within a limited-access, indoor environment.
• Camera surveillance even outside of access hours.
Accessibility
You need and want access and c3 Modern Storage was created with that vision in mind, to give you the broadest access possible to your personal property:
• c3 Modern Storage is open and staffed from 9 am to 6 pm, Monday thru Saturday and from 10 am to 3 pm on Sundays. If after-hour access to your storage unit is required, a c3 Modern Storage specialist will be happy to discuss additional facility access options available to you.
• Our controlled access system allows you to access your storage unit without assistance
• Moving carts and large elevators are conveniently located and available to help move your stored items
• Access to a moving truck is available (Certain restrictions apply)

Wine Storage
Wine needs to be kept at constant temperature and humidity to stay at its best and prevent the corks from drying out. If corks do dry out, they shrink, allowing air into the bottle and oxidizing of the wine. At c3 Modern Storage, we strive to keep your wine at a constant temperature and controlled humidity with 24/7 environmental monitoring, complete with back-up generator. But that's just the beginning of the benefits:

For your convenience, annual rental fees can be automatically deducted from any checking or savings account.
PLEASE NOTE: Your locked deposit box contents are not covered by FDIC Insurance. For your protection, we suggest that you keep a detailed inventory of your locked deposit box contents at all times and purchase a storage insurance policy (see c3 Modern Storage specialist for details). Please check with your insurance provider to verify if you have a current property and casualty or supplemental policy that allows coverage for your locked deposit box contents.
Firearms Lockers
c3 Modern Storage stores firearms in our vault's gun lockers. All weapons must be secured with trigger locks or similar security features. Please note that ammunition of any kind is not permitted to be stored.
